Born and raised in Rome, Italy, I grew up surrounded by authentic Italian cuisine, where everything was produced by my grandparents on their own farm and garden. From a young age, I developed a deep passion for cooking—starting at just 10 years old, making fresh pasta, gnocchi, and learning the true meaning of homemade food in my grandmother’s kitchen.
In 2011, I earned my degree in Tourism and Hospitality from IPSSEOA Amerigo Vespucci in Rome, followed by an apprenticeship in one of the city’s most exclusive hotels. I then spent six years working in hotels and restaurants across Italy, building a strong foundation in traditional Italian and Mediterranean cuisine.
With over 12 years of professional experience, my journey expanded internationally—three years in Spain, one year in the United Kingdom, and nearly two years in the United States. These experiences allowed me to refine my skills, adapt to different culinary environments, and blend authentic Italian traditions with global influences.
Today, I bring my passion, experience, and heritage into every meal I prepare. Through my service, I share the flavors, traditions, and warmth of Italian home cooking—creating dishes that are not only delicious, but made with care, authenticity, and heart.
