Chef Alessio Raino
Born and raised in Rome, Italy with authentic Italian food, where everything was produced by my grandparents from their own farm and garden. I started playing with cooking at the age of 10, making fresh pasta, gnocchi and leaving the my granma kitchen in a mess, as one does! I enjoy sharing those nostalgic memories with others. I love cooking for my clients, I can convey my passion, experience, love and the ancient culture of Italian cuisine in a dish.
In 2011 I earned my Tourism and Hospitality degree from IPSSEOA Amerigo Vespucci in Rome and then I worked for 1 year as an apprentice in one of the most exclusive hotels in Rome.
I have accumulated over 12 years of experience in cooking and preparing food. I started working around Italy in hotels and restaurants for 6 years. Specializing in Mediterranean and Italian cuisine, I increased my international culinary experience by working 3 years in Spain, 1 year in the UK and almost 2 years in the USA
